TBFF KIDS FEST: STORYTELLING & WORKSHOP
Our 5th annual TBFF Kids Festival is back. We are excited for a fun-filled, family day celebration, taking place on Monday February 20th, 2023. We have a variety of activities designed for Children ages 4-12 to enjoy.

Arts ‘n’ Crafts with Craftopia DIY

Workshop Description:
Join Craftopia for three amazing craft activities.
Activity # 1 Fairies in a bottle
This activity is interactive and satisfying and could be used as decor or as a coping mechanism to relax or calm down if feeling stressed or upset but overall this activity is fun and looks really cool.
Activity # 2 Make your own furry friend
In this activity you get to make your own furry friends ( dog , cat ,pig ,cow ) and customize them to your liking then fill in your birth certificate and take them home.
Activity # 3 Hair dolls
In this activity you get to decorate a skin tone cut out and make the hair as you desire . This activity is great for appreciating black hair and its beauty and all sorts of hair textures and its quality.
~ Royal Colouring Bar with Alicia Bucknor

Workshop Description:
The Royal colouring bar is a mobile colouring and crafting entertainment activity station with various areas of art, wellness and creative play!
1- Gallery Showcase: The Royal Artist, will showcase her latest fine print collection
2- Craft Bar: A Bar stacked with all the stuff needed in creating the perfect paper crown craft.
3- Colouring Bar: A bar filled with colouring tools and inspiring colouring art pages by The Royal Artist, Alicia Bucknor.
4- Unity Colouring Poster: Interactive colouring poster that guests work on together.
5- Selfie Station: A unique set space designed to capture the most creative selfie photos. Guests will enjoy our custom mural backdrop, and display props to create a mood and theme for the event.
~ Afro-Caribbean Dance with Keishia Facey of Riddim Cultural Arts Program

Workshop Description:
The Riddim Cultural Arts Program provides a dance workshop for young dancers ages 4-8 led by a Afro-Caribbean dance instructor. This workshop provides young dancers with an opportunity to learn some new moves and get familiar with both traditional and contemporary Afro-Caribbean dance styles. At the end of the dance workshop participants will have learned a brand new choreographed routine to share with their friends and families!
