Football and colonialism were indelibly intertwined in the life of Léon Mokuna. Léon 'Trouet' Mokuna is in 1957 the first black African soccer player in the Premier Leage Team La Gantoise in Belgium. In the documentary 'Léon Trouet Mokuna' he reflects on his dreams, kolonialism, racism, Brussels Expo 58 and the independance of Congo. Léon Mokuna died on the 28th of January 2020. The short movie is his testament to the world.
