Life is sweet, life is good, life is filled with would, could, should. How does one deal with the unexpected and the disappointments? Rejection hurts, and loss is devastating, but when it comes down to it, is one really worse than the other? I guess it all depends on who you ask... When a young hopeful is mercilessly dumped after he proposes to his on again off again girlfriend with a fledgling screenwriter by day rideshare driver by night bearing witness to the humiliation, he lands himself in a debate with a widow over whose loss is more painful. Through the darkness of their shared grief, however, the heartbroken man and the grief-stricken widow find grace and the metaphorical light at the end of the tunnel.
