Sherley is a co-founder of The Chonilla Network, a podcast collective and digital media hub that champions diverse voices and reshapes the podcasting landscape in Canada. We believe in embracing the diverse tapestry of human experiences and, through our work, reveal the richness of every individual's story and are a co-organizer of The Soundwave Summit, an event that brings together creators making waves in podcasting. Her work includes the 'Black Canadian Creators" Podcast and Instagram page, amplifying diverse, content-driven Canadian narratives and giving a voice to underrepresented communities.

Collaboration fuels her mission, teaming up with remarkable individuals, creators, and organizations who make outside of the box impact. Outside of podcasting, she mentors new media, offering specialized coaching to creators and entrepreneurs, turning their vision into audible or visual success.
