Welcome to Kemetic Kids Virtual Yoga Workshop! In this workshop youth will learn the benefits of Kemetic Yoga and its significance to our ancestors. This Workshop will provide enlightenment with power poses found in the hieroglyphs of Ancient Kemet, known as Egypt. These poses left by our Ancestors will do wonders for cultivating a sense of personal empowerment, increased self-esteem, balance, focus and flexibility.
