Set primarily on a baseball field, "Us" captures a slice of life of a father struggling to teach his son with down syndrome the sweet science of baseball. Through their journey, the film reflects the intimacy of a father/son relationship and those with special needs who are often underrepresented in cinema. Thus, we are introduced to the struggles, wounds, and triumphs of those raising or living with down syndrome.
