On the day of student standardized testing, fifth grade teacher, Damien, calls in sick. Third grade teacher, Danaya, finds out when she is introduced to the keen substitute teacher, Katrisse. Failed attempts to get a hold of Damien send Danaya in a slight panic when their plan to forge their student's tests is now interrupted. Fellow teacher, Rashida Hunter, urges Danaya to cancel plans but they are interrogated by another teacher who threatens to expose them if they continue. In a bid to safeguard the schools future, Danaya takes matters into her own hands but this sets off alarms for the substitute teacher who discovers print outs of the test. When Katrisse finds more evidence she takes it to the Principal's desk who then challenges the substitute and quietly rewards Danaya.
